1. Acceptance of terms and conditions.
By accessing or using Soipo.net and/or its website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and any guidelines, restrictions, rules or policies associated with these terms and conditions.

The prices displayed on the website and in other material do not constitute the final price of websites and other services provides. (Known as the services) Prices are subject to change without notice.

You agree that the website(s) and data stored on Soipo.net’s servers (for Soipo.net’s servers we intend any server used to host the Client’s site) will not be used for pornographic, illegal, defamatory, violation of a person’s rights, publicity, to infringe copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of another person or entity. You also agree that the website and data stored on Soipo.net ’s servers will comply with all local laws, statutes, regulations and bylaws.
6. Indemnification
You agree that you will indemnify and defend Soipo.net and all parties with whom Soipo.net has licensed portions of content and their owners and employees against any claims, liability, damages costs and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from or related to 1) Your breach of these terms and conditions or 2) any suit, claim or demands arising from or related to any information, graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text or other material you incorporated into your website that was not provided by Soipo.net .
7. Governing Laws
Soipo.net is based in The Netherlands. Issues relating to protection, misuse or infringement of copyright are dealt with in accordance to Dutch law. All other legal matters are dealt with under European law..
8. Payment
8.1 service terms are net 30 unless otherwise arranged. All invoices must be paid in full thirty days after issue. If not paid on time Soipo.net will charge ½ of the due in the unpaid invoice per month.
8.2 Web hosting services must be paid in full by the due date stated in the invoice. This is usually fourteen days after issue. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the suspension of your account unless prior arrangements have been made.
9. Account Suspension
9.1 An account will be suspended if:
Hosting fees have not been paid and other arrangements have not been made. (see section 8.2)
Or
The content of the website or data stored on Soipo.net ’s servers/Client servers is in violation of these terms and conditions.
9.2 An account can be reactivated by paying in full all outstanding invoices and the payment of a 25euros reactivation fee. If your account has been suspended under section 9.1 subsection 2 the account will not be reactivated unless
1. A review request has been made with the system administrator
or
2. The matter has been dealt with by the courts.
10. Refunds and Support
10.1 The support is guaranteed for the first ninety days (90)
10.2 A refund in full or part will only be given if
1. The service was not delivered as agreed in the contract and the schedule of works. or
2. If passed the ninety days (90) The service provided is still faulty.
A refund may not be granted for a change of mind or if information or data given to Soipo.net is incorrect.
10.2 Documentation
For a refund to be given an invoice receipt and evidence of fault or improper delivery must be provided. Copies of these documents are acceptable. If one or more of these documents are not provided a refund cannot be provided.
10.3 Amount Refunded
A refund of the entire service cannot be given if only one or more elements are faulty or not delivered correctly. A full refund may only be given if the entire service is faulty or not delivered properly. The refund given will be based on the amount stated in the invoice and/or the schedule of works.

Every reproduction or employment for every reason or aim is strictly and peremptorily forbidden (unless requested) and will be pursued form Luigi Laezza according to the law. Trademarks, Logos and characters reproduced on this site, that are property of the owners, are exclusively ownership of the holders that have enabling their use: every replication is forbidden.
